At one time, InsurePro relied on an
outdated Lotus Domino platform to have the prospects
fill out the applications online. This had numerous
problems including bugs that prevented the customer
from actually completing the application. In their
own words, this was a nightmare and a range of alternative
solutions were evaluated.
Our mission was to create an intelligent Java
based solution that would be more reliable and
offer enhanced customization and flexibility. In
addition, we came up with the unique scoring mechanism
that enables InsurePro to concentrate on the really
profitable prospects and not waste time qualifying
each prospect. InsurePro's Coverage Coach have
enjoyed more than 99% uptime since it was launched
and handled literarily thousands of insurance questionnaires
and applications.
Since the launch of the InsurePro branded Coverage
Coach, InsurePro's business has
grown tremendously - they have more business than
they could ever handle and they had the luxury to
increase the minimum revenue qualifier from $250,000
to $1 million.
Thanks to Coverage Coach, InsurePro
is now working on larger and more profitable prospects.
